My passion is nature in all its great majesty, especially serene scenes it provides us with. Being born in Israel my paintings are influenced by the flora of my homeland; I enjoy painting the indigenous flowers as well as the local seaside. Now, living in Ontario, I am exposed to new natural environments to paint. Here I found my love for watercolour and discovered a challenging medium, Yupo paper, which creates a unique effect on colours and contrasts light and shadow, allowing me to infuse special life into my paintings. Through my work, I hope that others can experience the pure bliss nature has to offer.
